Our process:
- You share what matters most. When you place your order, you'll receive an email immediately after with further instructions on where to send your package. How to send it and how much.
- We handle everything with reverence. Your materials are treated with the utmost care and respect from the moment they arrive. We follow a careful protocol to ensure nothing is ever lost or mixed.
- We craft your piece by hand. Using quality materials and time-honored techniques, we create your keepsake — infusing it with the essence of your loved one.
- We return any remaining ashes. Any unused portion is carefully repackaged and returned to you with your finished piece.
- Your keepsake is inspected and lovingly packaged before being sent to you.
